KytePush Nanny (“KytePush,” “we,” “us”) is a scheduling app that helps families and their nannies coordinate shifts, hours, and reminders. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you connect your Google account, KytePush requests access to your Google Calendar so it can create, update, and remove the calendar events that correspond to your KytePush shifts. We store an encrypted Google refresh token to keep your calendar in sync; we never store your Google password.
KytePush’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the calendar-sync feature you turned on. You can disconnect at any time in the app, which stops all syncing.
We do not sell your information. Scheduling details are shared only within your household and with the specific nanny each shift involves — a nanny never sees other nannies. SMS messages are delivered through our messaging bridge. App data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting).
Access is enforced at the database level so people only ever see their own data. Sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all traffic.
